At Sidelah HR, our purpose goes beyond hiring. We believe in creating meaningful impact by supporting communities that are often overlooked, while staying true to our values of compassion, inclusion, and responsibility.


On 25th December 2025, Sidelah HR Pvt Ltd carried out a heartfelt charity initiative in Strathdon Estate, Hatton, Sri Lanka, a deeply rural and often overlooked community.

At Sidelah HR, our purpose goes beyond recruitment. Built on the belief of people first, purpose before profit, we strive to create meaningful impact not only by connecting talent with opportunity, but also by uplifting communities that are frequently neglected due to location and limited access to support.

Reaching the Unseen and Unheard

Strathdon Estate is home to families and children who face daily hardships. Many survive on one meal a day, while some children grow up without parental support, yet continue to face life with resilience and bright smiles. The Tamil community represents diverse religious backgrounds, Hindu, Muslim, and Christian, living together in unity despite adversity.

Because of the rural nature of the area, these families often fall outside the reach of mainstream aid and charitable efforts. Identifying the right location and the genuinely needy was challenging, but it was a responsibility we were committed to fulfilling in the right way.

Overcoming Challenges with Purpose

Although this initiative was planned several months in advance, the ongoing Sri Lankan crisis created unexpected challenges, making it difficult to carry out the event as originally envisioned. Nevertheless, even on a smaller scale, we remained determined to serve because impact is not measured by size, but by sincerity.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients who trusted our vision from the very beginning of Sidelah HR. Your belief enabled us to identify the right community, reach the truly needy, and deliver support in a way that was respectful and meaningful.

A Small Beginning, A Bigger Vision

This initiative may have been small, but it represents the foundation of something much greater. As Sidelah HR continues to grow, so will our commitment to giving back with bigger initiatives, wider reach, and deeper impact in the future.
